You’re welcome to read, share and link to the pages on this website. Please don’t try to disrupt it, gain access to parts that aren’t public, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Our content
The text, designs, logos and images on this site belong to Variance, except in our work section: the screenshots there show websites we made for clients, and the clients’ names, logos and content belong to them. You may quote short passages from the Academy with a link back to the original article. For anything else, ask us first at hello@variance.agency.
Advice in the Academy
The Academy articles are general guidance written to help you make better decisions. They aren’t legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. If a decision matters, get advice that takes your circumstances into account.

We link to other websites where they’re useful. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
Availability
We work to keep this site available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Project work
When we build something for you, the scope, price, dates, payment terms and ownership are set out in the written proposal and agreement for that project. Those documents take precedence over this page.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
