Start a project

Process

Five steps.No mystery.

The same five steps for a landing page and for a system that runs a company. Each one ends with something you can see, and nothing moves on until you’ve agreed it.

  1. Step 1

    Listen

We learn the business before we design anything.

A conversation about how the business works, who it serves and where things get stuck. We ask a lot of questions, and we write the answers down.

  2. Step 2

    Design

Screens you can click through before code is written.

You see how it looks and how it works while changes are still cheap. Nothing gets built until you’ve signed it off.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Clean code, tested on real phones and real networks.

Built from a blank page, checked for speed and accessibility as we go, and tested on the kind of phone and connection your customers really have.

  4. Step 4

    Launch

We ship it, watch it, and fix what shows up.

We put it live carefully, watch how it behaves in the first weeks, and fix anything that doesn’t work as agreed.

  5. Step 5

    Look after

Updates, security and support once it’s live.

Everything is handed over in your name: the code, the logins and the documents. If you want us to keep looking after it, we will.

Fixed scope.Fixed price.No surprises.

What every project comes with, whatever its size.

A written scope
What’s included and what isn’t, before any work starts.
One fixed price
For the agreed scope. Changes are quoted before anyone starts on them.
Accounts in your name
Domain, hosting and every service, set up in your business’s name from the start.
The code
In a repository you own, with instructions for running and deploying it.
The design files
The source files, the logo in usable formats, and the fonts and images with their licences.
The documents
How it’s built, where it’s hosted, how it’s backed up and what it costs to run.
A walkthrough
Your team learns how to update the content, and where to find everything.

Write itdown.Then build it.

Tell us what you’re trying to do. We’ll reply with questions, then a written scope and one fixed price.
